Plot Overview
Tony wonders about a new recruit to the force, the son of a fallen comrade of his from his NYPD days. He suspects the young man of brutality and eventually rides along with him to find out what makes him tick. Also, Tony frets about a visit from a corporate bean counter nicknamed 'the Hatchet', a man who severely cut back other vital safety forces, and on the home front, he worries that Arnie is involving David in one of his get-rich-quick schemes.
