Plot Overview
Theo learns that Howard has broken up with Julia to devote more time to his studies. Howard knows that Theo wants to ask her out, and offers his blessing. Meanwhile, Rudy asks Cliff for $31.05 to buy Clair a fake gold diamond necklace for her birthday.
