Cool Hands, Luke and Bo is the seventh episode of the seventh season of The Dukes of Hazzard, and the one hundred thirty-seventh episode overall.

In an episode heavily inspired by the classic Paul Newman movie Cool Hand Luke, Bo and Luke are captured by corrupt lawmen in neighboring Osage County, pawns in a scheme by County Administrator Col. Cassius Clayborne to lure sworn enemies Boss Hogg and Rosco to his prison camp. Once Boss and Rosco are also taken into custody, Clayborne executes a plan to blackmail longstanding rival Hogg out of everything he owns ... by exploiting his voracious appetite.
