Plot Overview
Cookie became agitated when Nancy didn't want to leave her alone in the house. Laurie agreed to attend Geraldine's cocktail party so Cookie won't think Laurie is "babysitting" her. When Nancy suggested Cookie take Laurie's room temporarily, Cookie screamed she's never going home to Ron. Nancy agreed with Mike's observation that Cookie needs further psychiatric treatment. Jim and Liz returned from a Florida honeymoon. Ron stopped by the Karr house, insisting on seeing Cookie. While Nancy and Ron argued, Cookie came downstairs and flipped to see Ron. When Ron begged for her forgiveness, a furious Cookie slapped him hard across the face. Ron walked out in anger, and Nancy begged Jim to help Cookie.
