Plot Overview

Alex Fenton, Leo Miles, Barry Ryan--Obstruction of Justice, Assault on Federal Officers

When the trial of a leading New England Syndicate figure ends in a mistrial, it's suspected that someone on the jury was bribed. Erskine, however, doesn't think that the mobster had anything to do with the bribery...rather, he suspects that some of his underlings, who think he will turn evidence in the hope of a lesser sentence, want him out in the open where they can take him out.
