Plot Overview
Dr. John Lloyd Streyer-- Fugitive, Espionage
After 15 years in East Germany, a scientist who defected returns home to New York City. Erskine, assisted by Ward, who worked the original case, searches for the defector, as do foreign agents who are out to kill him. He seeks out a number of people he knows for help, eventually asking a man he conversed with on the plane, unaware that his fellow passenger is an assassin who's been hired to take him out.
