Plot Overview
Rudy Kepler--Unlawful Flight to Avoid Confinement, Murder
Deposed Mob leader Kepler, now living in exile in Haiti, returns to his old stomping grounds in New Orleans to avenge his brother's murder, supposedly at the hands of a rival Mob leader. Erskine suspects that Kepler was lured back into the States in an attempt to kill him and heads for New Orleans, hoping to find him and get him to testify against the Syndicate higher-ups.
