Plot Overview

A woman named Holly is framed for the murder of her husband by a corrupt sheriff and his deputies, who also corral David as a convenient scapegoat to accuse as an accomplice. After getting mace sprayed in his eyes by one of the deputies, David transforms into the Hulk and escapes from the jail, taking Holly with him to keep her from being taken away by the deputies to another location. While on the run, Holly explains to David that her husband, a district attorney, discovered that the sheriff's department was involved in illegal activities and planned to expose the corruption, forcing the sheriff to have him killed to silence him, then pin the murder on Holly to take suspicion off of him and his men. After discovering that an associate of Holly's husband in the district attorney's office had ratted him out to the sheriff and caused him to be killed, David formulates a plan to take down both the sheriff's department and the traitorous attorney and uses the Hulk's might to assist him.
