The Kwicky Koala Show was an animated comedy airing on CBS. It was comprised of different elements.
Kwicky was a laconic marsupial who is constantly pursued as a meal by Wilford Wolf. Everytime Wilford has Kwicky within his grasp, Kwicky manages to move at speeds quicker than the eye to another position.
Other parts of the show include Dirty Dawg, about a hobo canine and his partner Ratso; Crazy Claws, a Groucho-esque wildcat pursued by hunter Rawhide Clyde; and The Bungle Brothers, two canines trying to work out showbiz schemes in the show's bumpers.
Animation legend Tex Avery had been at Hanna-Barbera in 1979 and developed Kwicky Koala in 1980. After Tex's death, the H-B staff initiated production of the series.
