The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson is a late-night talk show that aired on CBS. The show came about after Craig Kilborn unexpectedly exited the second incarnation of The Late Late Show, which was followed by a four-month incarnation of the show which featured rotating guest hosts to determine the new permanent host. Scottish actor and comedian Craig Ferguson was chosen as the official successor and began his show in January 2005. In 2014, Ferguson announced he would be ending the show, with the final episode airing on December 19, 2014. His successor was James Corden, whose incarnation premiered on March 23, 2015. Before Corden's debut, there was an incarnation featuring guest hosts.
