Plot Overview
Responding to a multiple shooting, one man dead another fatally wounded who's mind Toby reads a few jumbled thoughts as he dies. Police investigation believe it is just a gangland shooting, but Toby befriends the dead man's blind sister, Kim, who was present at the shooting. she becomes unwittingly involved in her bothers smuggling activities when papers and a container go missing. Raymond's boss Bill Tan wants the papers, the police the container and it's human cargo.
