Plot Overview
Andrew Vulcan is the president of a chemical company with ties to THRUSH and just might be planning to assassinate a visiting dignitary from an African nation. As part of a plan to bring down Vulcan, Solo enlists Vulcan's old flame, Elaine, who's now a married housewife, to get close to him.
