Plot Overview
A friend of Pete's is killed during a failed robbery, and he wants to track down the killers, while Greer has Julie and Linc looking for a stolen car that's carrying an infected flock of pigeons that can start an outbreak of encephalitis. As it turns out, the two cases are related--the killers are also the car thieves--and it's a race against time to find the infected birds before they can be released.
