Plot Overview
Rebel soldier Johnny Yuma, who has taken to roaming the country since the war ended, returns to his hometown, where his father Ned was Sheriff, only to discover that the town is now run by crooked town boss Pierce, and that the town's honest citizens are afraid of him. Johnny finds himself the target of Pierce's man Bart, who tried to humiliate him when he arrived in town, only to be humiliated himself by the young soldier.
