Plot Overview
Willie is hospitalized after giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to a man who collapsed, not realizing that the man is suffering from viral meningitis. He's also a prison escapee from Louisiana, who's made his way west to track down and kill his ex-wife, whom he blames for his imprisonment, and he won't stop until he gets her.
