Plot Overview
When a diphtheria outbreak occurs at a women's correctional institute, Jill and a doctor are dispatched to treat the inmates, only to wind up as hostages. Most of the inmates just want their demands heard, but the leader of the riot, who has already killed a hated prison guard, is more than willing to kill both Jill and her colleague if she's pushed. Their only chance for survival lies in one of the younger inmates, a girl who was sentenced to the facility for shoplifting and is totally terrified of the leader and doesn't want to be a part of any more killing.
