Plot Overview
Ryker has his hands full with an old friend, a drunken ex-partner of his accused of killing a mobster. He knows that his old friend Joe couldn't possibly be the killer, as his inability to use a gun when he was on the force almost got Ryker killed. Even after Ryker and the guys prove that he isn't the real killer, Joe wishes to confess to the crime to look like a big man to his daughter and to the people in his neighborhood. He then makes a foolhardy move to try to bring in the real killer, again with the intent of looking good to his neighbors, and Ryker must race to save him.
