Plot Overview

Rowling coordinates with Vic to undermine the DEA's immunity deal with Antwon Mitchell by taking away one of their arrests.

Dutch and Claudette investigate a shooting at a quinceañera that brings them back to an earlier case.

Happenings

• Juan Lozano is revealed to have been murdered.

• Rowling undercuts the DEA, which brings Antwon Mitchell back to the Barn to be charged for the murders of Carla and Scooby. Unfortunately, she sees this victory at the cost of her job.

• Emolia is revealed to be working with the DEA and recounted Lem taking the black tar heroin. They want to use this in an effort to take down the entire Strike Team. Rowling doesn't convey any of this to Vic.

Characters

• Dutch is approached by the Assistant Chief for the job of Captain, but turns it down.

• Vic regains some degree of respect for Dutch, at least enough to invite him with the others for drinks.
