Plot Overview
Kavanuaugh's evidence is discovered and an APB is out on Vic as everyone is on the case, but Kavanaugh's history leads to some doubt. Vic takes the opportunity to go AWOL and follow a lead on Guardo, which leads him to do a favour to get him in return.
