Plot Overview
Sideshow Bob's brother, Cecil, recommends him for the prison work-release program. His job is to help Cecil, the town's chief hydrological engineer, build a hydroelectric dam. Bart and Lisa are suspicious and snoop on Bob. Cecil frames Bob and blows up the dam. Bob saves Bart and Lisa's lives. Bob and Cecil both go to jail.
