Notes
- Billboard: The Springfield Isotopes ... "If there were baseball, the Isotopes would be out of it by now."
- Blackboard: "School online" ... but "I must not write on mountain" is seen written (apparently by Bart) on a mountainside.
- Couch Gag: The family wears virtual reality glasses, where – among other things – Bart writes his lines on a mountainside. This is known by fans as the "Extremesons" gag.

Allusions and References
- COVID-19: Several references are made to the then fast-developing pandemic, where virtually every aspect of society was affected. Newly-animated gags – added to this episode, which was originally scheduled to air in Season 30 – include references to schools going to online learning and sports teams suspending operations with the blackboard and billboard gags, respectively.
