The Car Crash Dream is a dream sequence from The Sopranos episode 2x03 - Toodle-Fucking-Oo.
Dream Synopsis
Tony is driving his car in a rainy night while the song "Optimistic Voices" from the original "The Wizard of Oz" soundtrack is heard. He starts hyperventilating, and grabs a bottle of Prozac, but it's empty. As Tony goes into a full panic attack and passes out, the car crashes into a huge truck.
The scene then flashes to Tony, laying dead under the rain on the hood of his crashed car. Melfi, passing with her car, witnesses the scene, shocked.
