I noticed someone made a page for many different sports championship series. Examples are the Super Bowl and the World Series. Sure these games are televised but are they really tv-shows? --Sportman 20:23, 19 December 2006 (EST)

As long as they're televised, then they're fair game. Though, it would be best if those pages were about the broadcast and not so much a play by play of the game. So, the Super Bowl from a couple years ago would mainly be about the half-time show and the controversy surrounding it. --IndieRockLance 20:41, 19 December 2006 (EST)

I understand what your saying. But, lets say a movie like Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is shown on TV. Now by your reasoning Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is now fair game,right?--Sportman 16:42, 20 December 2006 (EST)

No, because the movie wasn't made for television broadcast and it wasn't first shown on TV. A movie like the recent animated movies on Cartoon Network are likely fair game because several of them aired on television long before they were put on DVD. But, the ABC "Wide World of Disney" (or whatever it's called) may also be fair game because it's not about the movie, it's about the television program. --IndieRockLance 18:02, 20 December 2006 (EST)
