Swiss Ambassador is in oval office. Asks help for congenital heart syndrome surgery from US surgeon.

Josh is at leader's office. Leader is upset. Triple horn's is on fire. Josh leans towards Hoynes while playing devil's advocate with Toby. Toby clarifies there aren't any turns.

Toby meets Karen croff to offer Director of National Parks. Turns out they can't offer the job to her. Leo breaks the news to him. Toby meets Karen in a bar and lets her know she can't have the job.

Sam is at press along with Will Bailey in 47th. Sam heads back to DC. Will to take a vacation.

President sits in SIT room to discuss logistics of surgery. But Iatola's President denounces he is getting help from West to save his Son. This pisses off President but do not want to blow it off over a kid's life. Leo pitches in with a thing on table 'Swiss talk to NGo who talk to the brother-in-law who speak to the Iatola' about stopping missile tests of SHEHAP-3 and honor Bahrain. President is not comfortable with that.

In oval room, Leo was notified there is no doctor yet. Turns out the only guy who can do it is the guy who fled the country on 1980s because his father was tortured and beat to death by Iatola's right wing supporters.

President meets First Lady. Gets a very good advice.

Josh meets Hoynes.

President meets Dr. Mohabi. Convinces him. Gets him to Jons Hopkins, Baltimore.

Sam comes back. Meets President.

Leo meets President. Talks about thank you letters. Tells Surgery has started.
