Republicans rolling out their tax (cut) plan. Dems should do it before that. But need to be at 47th for Sam. Dont want to do at 47th coz that would kill Sam.
Bill calls for a meeting with junior staff.
Leo and Btanga leaders meet. Makes sure they are not going back on 36 hours deadline.
President and crew are in 47th. Andy is also with them.
Will and interns are on tax plan.
Leo in SIT room. Watches photographs. Fitzwallace informs Btanga is trying to finish his 'job' before deadline.
Charlie and Toby get into fight with a drunk guy. Gets arrested.
Immunity and half a million dollars -- demand from Btanga.
Sam finds out President is waiting to announce tax plan just for him. Sam takes a bold step to ask President to announce tax plan.
