Basic Information
Arthur Ramsey is a mathematician and linguist who was tapped to be the interpreter member for the Red Team of investigators outlined in Molly Caffrey's Threshold Plan.
Ramsey is single, a womanizer with a penchant for gambling and strip clubs. He enjoys the high life when possible. Ramsey resents being drafted into the Threshold investigation and its interference with his life: his knowledge of Threshold means that he cannot resign his role in the team without the risk of being thrown in jail as a national security concern.
