Plot Overview
Tom volunteers to help a group called Animal Action Now save an old bird sanctuary next to the bronzing plant. He offers the final spot on his signature petition to the Mayor, who refuses and promptly sets the entire thing on fire. The Mayor's solution to saving the sanctuary? Investing in porcelain bird figurines.
