Plot Overview
The Mayor offers a demoralized Tom the position of Vice Mayor... of Hobo-Town. Encouraged by this new and unexpected responsibility, and fiendishly misguided by demure Garry Friendly, Tom resolves to turn "Hoboton" into a Hobo Paradise.
