Star in a Reasonably Priced Car
This week's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is Jamie Oliver, an English chef. On one of Jamie's practive laps in the Lacetti, Jamie went wide in the second to last corner and destroyed a wheel, the radiator and the suspension while trying to get back on the track. Jamie Oliver races the Chevrolet Lacetti around the test track in 1.47.7 in the wet.
Jaguar XKR vs. Aston Martin V8 Vantage
Jeremy Clarkson reviews the Jaguar XKR and the Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
The Stig takes the Jaguar XKR around the test track in 1.34.7. Clarkson notes that the lap time is pathetic, but the track was very, very, very wet and thus gives the time a "VVVW" notation. They were going to put the Aston Martin V8 Vantage around the track, but it began to snow again.
