Plot Overview
Three people, a rancher, his daughter and their hired hand, are the suspects in the murder of a traveling salesman who was trying to woo the daughter. Noting the daughter's odd behavior, Hoby can't help but wonder whether it has any bearing on the case and has Doc Calhoun check her out. The hired hand tells Hoby of his unusual talent, which explains both the girl's behavior and the murder.
