Plot Overview
A colleague of Hoby's is murdered, and the young ranger travels to the small town of Garret, where the Governor has arrived to give a speech to dedicate a new schoolhouse. What Hoby doesn't realize is that the threats against the Governor are a smoke screen for a planned bank robbery.
