But first, Tracy and Mitch have to scramble to find a babysitter for their daughter. Mitch fears Kimberly, the leading candidate, is too attractive. Meanwhile, Russell voices an even bigger concern about the babysitter.

Mitch and Tracy delight in teaching their newly married friends Russell and Angie how to navigate a happy and healthy marriage. Mitch and Tracy's childcare woes are solved when they agree to a babysitter share with the Goldmans. But two rowdy little girls end up being more than Mitch can handle, and when he brings them over to Russell's house for help, little Maya Goldman wanders upstairs and sees Russell in the shower. Unsure of what she actually saw leaves Russell and the gang debating whether they should break the news to the Goldmans and risk being judged, or keep their mouths shut and hope the whole thing goes away. Meanwhile, desperate to impress the other moms, Tracy enlists Angie to help her throw the perfect birthday party for Sadie.

Meanwhile, Tracy finds out her daughter Sadie has been involved in a bullying incident at school and is determined to help her daughter overcome the issue. When Angie discovers Tracy's perspectives on bullying are shaded by her own high-school experiences, she helps Tracy work through them with the help of Tracy's assistant Linda.
