Basic Information
Jeffrey is an orphan who travels through time with Phineas Bogg, a Voyager assigned to keep history from going off track.
Character History
Jeffreys life as a Voyager begins when Phineas drops into Jeffrey Jones' apartment in 1982. The boy ends up falling out the window, and the only way for Phineas to save the boy is to jump after him and use the Omni to travel to a different time where he will be safe.
