WITI is the call sign for the FOX owned-and-operated station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It broadcasts on digital channel 33, displayed as virtual channel 6.

WITI signed on in 1956 as a independent station. When Storer Communications bought the station in 1959, it became a CBS affiliate after CBS sold off WXIX (now WVTV), which would last until 1961, when CBS decided to affiliate with WISN due to their now-former AM station being affiliated with the radio network; WITI would switch to WISN's ABC affiliation. By 1976, a fallout between Storer and ABC over the network's decision to move its affiliation from then-sister station KCST to KGTV in San Diego would result in WITI reclaiming the CBS affiliation from WISN, who took back the ABC affiliation on March 27, 1977. WITI would remain with CBS under the ownership of Storer, Gillett, and New World from 1977 to December 1994, when New World signed a major deal to have its stations affiliate with FOX, resulting in WCGV losing that affiliation but it would be WDJT who ended up with being the new CBS affiliate at the last minute. In 1996, Fox Television Stations acquired the New World outlets, including WITI, and remained a owner until it was sold to Local TV, LLC in 2008. By 2010, Tribune Television acquired Local TV, effectively becoming the current owner of WITI.

Fox was in the process of buying WITI as part of a resale of some Tribune stations (also including Seattle FOX affiliate KCPQ and its MyNetworkTV sister station KZJO) being purchased by Sinclair Broadcast Group, but Sinclair's acquisition of Tribune being cancelled resulted in the sale to FOX being called off. Tribune, which bought WITI, was acquired by Nexstar with that station being acquired. On November 5, 2019, Nexstar announced it was selling WITI, KCPQ and KZJO to Fox Television Stations as part of a package for $350 million in exchange for FOX-owned stations WJZY and WMYT-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina. The sale was finalized on March 2, 2020.
