WTWC-TV is an NBC affiliate in Tallahassee, Florida. The station broadcasts on digital channel 40. It is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group.

WTWC began in 1983 as the area's NBC affiliate. before the station launched, Albany's NBC affiliate WALB was on through cable. WJHG in Panama City can be seen in parts of west Tallahassee over the air. In 2014, WTWC acquired Fox affiliation on its second subchannel. Fox was originally on WTLH/channel 49 (Bainbridge GA city of license), which now has Me-TV on its primary and a retransmission of WTLF/channel 24 (CW) on its subcarrier. While PSIP identifies WTWC's subcarrier as WTWC-FX, on-air it retains WTLH's "Fox 49" branding.

WTWC's affiliation with NBC is up for renewal this year. There is speculation that NBC would move to the subcarrier of ABC affiliate WTXL/channel 27 (owned by Raycom). Fox would most likely move to WTWC's main channel.
