Plot Overview

Bea discovers the link between Debbie's secret boyfriend and Jacs, and immediately believes Jacs was behind her daughter's death. She is counselled by Liz to handle things the right way and convinces Erica to talk to the police. Fletch makes amends to Vera and they grow closer, finally making love. But when Vera discovers Fletch's journal and believes he killed Meg, he rejects her. Faced with the police's conclusion Debbie's death was a tragic overdose, Bea finally accepts responsibility for her own actions and informs Harry she is going to tell the truth about what she did to him.

Determined to end Franky's manipulation of Bea, Liz plants Meg's bracelet in Jacs cell and reveals she knows who really killed Meg and threatens to tell Bea. Jacs is arrested for the murder of Meg and not only do the women turn their backs on her, but a scorned Vera makes it clear Jacs' remaining life will be hell in Wentworth. When Bea confronts Jacs and asks her for the truth about Debbie's death, Jacs taunts her until Bea loses it and stabs her, only realising too late it's what Jacs wanted.
