Overview
Challenge #1
The contestants spent a morning in downtown Los Angeles, assisting citizens in small ways, such as stopping people from littering and helping old ladies cross the street.
Challenge #2
The Dark Enforcer interviewed friends and family about the prior activities of the heroes, namely their questionable and illicit activities.
Elimination
- Creature: Jaywalked while carrying some clothes for charity, and her friend said that she once threw a bunch of garbage into a fountain (despite claiming to be environmentally friendly).
- Major Victory: Took his cape off while helping some older women across a puddle; Stan pointed out that superheroes should never remove their costume. Major Victory's ex co-worker brought up his past as a male stripper.
- Fat Momma: She used to be ashamed of her weight, and occasionally goes on diets (even though her message is to be proud of how you look).
Stan eliminated Creature.
Challenge #3
The contestants were each brought face-to-face with a prisoner and given a secret challenge that they had to fulfill without letting the prisoner know. Four challenges were given and each hero picked the challenge they would undertake. Major Victory had to give the male prisoner a neck massage three times; Feedback had to hug the male prisoner three times; Fat Momma had to brush the hair out of the female prisoner's face three times; and Lemuria had to sit on the female prisoner's lap for 10 seconds.

Elimination
- Major Victory: He took off his gloves and cape when trying to get the prisoner to take him seriously.
- Lemuria: The only one of the heroes to fail the challenge.
Stan eliminated Lemuria.
