Plot Overview
Lori Bimonte from New Jersey has a chaotic house. She feeds her family fast food for dinner and uses her kitchen cabinets to store socks and clothes. She allows her 12-year-old daughter, Nicole to do whatever she wants and doesn't stick around for her 10-year-old son, Joseph's martial arts class.
She swaps lives with Lekili Hubbard from California. She and her husband, Alan run their own martial arts studios; their two children: 19-year-old daughter Makanani and 15-year-old son Kalani participate in kung fu whether they want to or not. Lekili and Alan control their children's lives, and Alan doesn't approve of Makanani's boyfriend.
