Plot Overview
Jo Williams of Minnesota works as prison guard, but has trouble controlling her own family's behavior. Her three sons: 12-year-old Craig, 7-year-old Cayler and 5-year-old Logan have no rules, no discipline and are allowed to eat junk food, watch a lot of TV & play video games whenever they want. Jo's husband, Doug works nights a a police officer and sleeps all day and wants change in the house.
Jo swaps lives with Abra Slater of California. Abra and her husband, Mark are devoted to ballroom dance; they push their two kids: 11-year-old Chevy and 13-year-old Rome to practice dance for hours every week & win national ballroom dance competitions. The Slaters have transformed their garage into a home studio, and Mark takes his kids' dancing so seriously, he has come up with a time card system so that they can document the hours that they spend dancing. Abra demands that the house stays clean and plans every moment of her day.
