Plot Overview
Stephanie Stamper of Ohio and her husband, Greg are obsessed with living life in the Middle Ages at home. She home-schools her two teenage children, runs the house, cooks for her family and waits on Greg hand & foot. Her kids don't have that much contact with the outside world and the family enjoys playing fantasy role-playing games, playing the harp & making Viking-style furniture.
Stephanie swaps lives with Lisa Haggerty of Florida who works two jobs as a substitute teacher and at a ribs restaurant. Her husband, Julice works the night shift as a corrections officer and spends his days cooking, cleaning and looking after their three kids: 16-year-old Justin, 12-year-old Victoria and 3-year-old Alexandria. The kids have to follow a chore chart and are not allowed to talk back to adults.
