Plot Overview
When a group of skid-row denizens who join forces to buy a place are harassed, the leader of the group calls on his old friend Jeff to investigate the incidents, which are growing in intensity. The detective goes undercover as a 'between jobs' actor who's trying to buy into the house, and Roscoe and Kookie are brought in to help.
