Plot Overview

At the Yeveh Burial Ground West Africa The Adventure Inc. Team are digging for the Iron Mask of the Yeveh. Employed by Father Martin a priest of the Yeveh, living in Marseilles, he has given Judson a box to contain the mask and it's mystical powers. Ambushed the team escape from West Africa back to Marseilles with the mask, but at the handover ceremony the mask is stolen. Father Martin explains the mask contains the pain and hatred of the Yeveh when their culture was destroyed by slavers and anyone touching the mask would kill to retain it.

Seeking help Judson and Gabriel visit Charlotte Longine a writer, collector, and expert on ancient religions, who knows more about the theft than she lets on, and MacKenzie who had touched the mask has an overwhelming desire to possess the mask but so does the thief.
