Plot Overview

Steve Smith is out for Lisa Silver, head cheerleader at his school, but fails at flirting. He tries to use a nearly dying dog to attract chicks, but fails at that as well and his father Stan Smith, CIA Agent, shot his dog later. Meanwhile his mother, Francine puts Roger the alien on a diet but Roger manages to get out of it after Hayley [Steve's sister] gives him junk food as he writes her term papers.

Meanwhile, Stan finds out about Steve's girl problem and starts a campaign for Steve to be class president. It goes well after a scandal [involving a Jack-In-The-Box Man] was used against a competitor. Now class president, Steve gets attention for Lisa. But when he finds out it was only because he was class president, he locks himself in the school and bans kissing, causing Stan to save the day.

The episode was also aired a week later on Adult Swim as part of FOX's partnership with the cartoon block.
