Murdoch gave Kirk forged Cory financial documents, revealed they can pay Sylvie's sister, Myrtle Benson from Oneonta, New York, for info, and promised to come up with something more damaging on Janice than an affair. Mac advised Jamie to fill Cecile in. Not wanting to be in Eileen's face, Joey turned down Charley's offer to work in the furniture store. Vivien dashed Rudy's plans to join her on the farm by saying she secretly hates farms. Iris disbelieved Sylvie's claims of prevarication and cruelty in Kirk. Blaine beamed at Dennis when he came in to see Cecile, who was chatting with friends. Angie told Joey he had the build to be a heavy-equipment operator for Frame Enterprises. Sylvie was alarmed when Myrtle phoned to say a man had been asking questions about her. Jamie walked in as Dennis was declaring his love to Cecile.
