Plot Overview
Sandy told Mac and Jamie that he volunteered to be a witness for the defense. Larry suspected that Zachary was going to use the trial to benefit himself during the mayoral race when he was called to testify for the prosecution. Sally told Alice she went to see Olivia about getting birth control pills. Zachary painted Blaine as a person who acted out of greed and self-advancement. Sally told Jim she's thinking of moving out of the Matthews' house to be with Leigh. Liz brought breakfast for Jamie and Sandy, who Mac let go home after they completed the reorganization of Brava's staff. Brian stated that Blaine acted in self-defense during the death of Jordan. Louise told Rachel that Mac planned to take Amanda on a picnic later. Alice walked into Sally's room to find her possessions gone. The coroner, Dr. Barrows, explained that Jordan died from a single gunshot wound and an autopsy wasn't done because the cause of death was obvious. Jason and Melissa were of little help when Philip questioned them about the syndicate. Jason and Melissa were subpoened as witnesses for the prosecution. Rachel walked in on Mac comforting Alice about Sally. Jerry objected when Capt. Petroni mentioned Jerry's gun was used to shoot Jordan. Jamie offered to write a Brava article on Melissa. Sally showed up at Leigh's doorstep. Jerry apologized to Brian about his conduct in the courtroom. Rick struggled to learn the name of the prescription in the photograph.
