Plot Overview
Norma flees White Pine Bay and attempts to begin a new life, as Norman has trouble adjusting to her absence. Romero is shot and given an offer on his future.

Arc Advancement
Happenings
- One of Bob Paris's men follows Norma, including going into Finnegan's home.
- Norma confesses to Finnegan about Norman's mental health problems and killing his father.
- Caleb takes up Chick's driving offer, but won't tell him what it entails until he needs to.
Characters
- Norma leaves for Portland, but after talking with Finnegan and getting intimate, she wakes up the next morning and returns home, agreeing to talk to Caleb.
- Romero is shot. While in the hospital, Marcus Young visits and offers him a chance to live by working for him when he becomes sheriff. Romero shoots and kills him leaves the hospital in his car.
- Norman has difficulty coping with Norma leaving him. At one point, he blacks out, seeing Juno alive. Dylan later finds him believing himself to be Norma as he casually preparing breakfast.
- Dylan and Emma share a moment when he has to pound on her chest to help her lungs when she has a coughing fit.
- Norma goes to see Caleb. She initially turns to leave, but he stops her, crying as he apologises. She holds and cradles him as she cries with him.
