Plot Overview

Ponch is temporarily blinded during a stock car race, leading the officers to a pair of geniuses who are using a high-tech laser to commit robberies. Jon also has to deal with a childhood hero, a Western movie star who witnessed one of the robberies but was too scared to do anything.
