Plot Overview

A car customizer with a beef against a low rider car club takes his issues to the streets and starts a couple of bump-and-run incidents with the club members, leading to a couple of serious accidents and a 'chicken' race that Jon and Ponch have to stop. As if that weren't enough, they discover that a tiger has escaped from an animal park and is wreaking havoc on city streets. An attractive animal control officer insists she can handle the situation without the officers' help, but she soon reconsiders. Around the precinct, Harlan helps aspiring comic Grossman with some jokes that a friend of his wrote, and Grossie tries them out at a restaurant, only to discover that the jokes aren't necessarily ones that a white man should be telling.
