Plot Overview
An annoying TV news crew interferes with Jon and Ponch in the course of their duties, and the team's leader creates a doctored video tape in order to frame Ponch for assault. The officers befriend a young boy who's into motorcycles, and Jon finds himself attracted to the boy's comely mother.
