Plot Overview
Ponch discovers that Jon's nephew is part of a gang of kids who hot-wire cars for joy-riding and abandoning them on the freeway. A headstrong new female officer has a theory about the theft of a special car made for a movie and its use in a series of diamond thefts, but Getraer orders her to just stick to her patrol. Ponch also moves into an apartment near the marina.
